Summary/Objective
HR Mobile Services, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Claims Management Representative in our office location in Visalia to independently manage a caseload of complex workers compensation claims for our customers.

Job Tasks

• Converting information from new injury packets into our database system.
• Creating events for follow-up appointments
• Adding notes into the database system
• Completing follow-up slips
• Submitting new injury paperwork into the workers’ compensation carrier
• Emailing the employer with updates
• Communicating by phone and email with adjusters, clinics, injured workers, and employers
• Closing claims
• Auditing injuries for OSHA
• Attending claim reviews outside of the office (travel required)

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with weekends included
• At least one year of previous experience in data entry and worker’s compensation
• At least one year of previous experience with Microsoft Office
• US Work Authorization required
